WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are a dental practice or professional without a US mailing address, please reference our International Dealer Partners to see which ones operate in your country.

US orders are typically processed and shipped out on the same or next business day. Please allow 4-6 additional business days for ground delivery.

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please provide a physical street address for delivery, as we cannot deliver shipments to PO boxes. Your order should be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take a bit longer to arrive. Please allow additional time for delivery.

RATES & DELIVERY

Wholesale orders over $1000 SHIP FREE. We offer FLAT RATE $10.95 GROUND SHIPPING on all wholesale orders under $1000. We also offer flat rate expedited shipping options.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

GLO Science Professional products purchased through our Dealer Partners are covered under the dealer return policy. Please contact your dealer. You can find a list of GLO Domestic and International Dealers here.

GLO Science Professional products purchased directly from GLO Science through this website or through a GLO Science sales representative may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are not damaged and are unopened.

After 30 days, please refer to our GLO Science warranty policy.

*GLO Science will provide return labels to Continental U.S. addresses only. If you live outside the U.S. you will be responsible for the shipping charges back to our warehouse.
