If after troubleshooting your GLO system is still not working, and you've owned the system for less than a year, we can replace it under our one-year warranty so you can continue GLOing!  Please complete all sections of this GLO replacement request form and submit along with your proof of purchase from an authorized retailer to request your replacement.

If you have owned your device for over a year you can purchase replacement parts on our website gloscience.com

All fields are required. Any forms that are not fully completed or are submitted without a proof of purchase will not be accepted.
